SOE works to advance Operations Engineering for the benefit of everyone through education, training, study and research. SOE also establishes and maintains standards of
competence and conduct for those engaged in Operations Engineering professionally, with an emphasis on enhancing public safety

Fellow (FSOE) Fellowship is the highest class of membership of the SOE, recognising exceptional commitment to operations engineering and the engineering profession.
Typically, Fellows are professional engineers working in a senior role with significant autonomy and responsibility and will be able to demonstrate the following ‘Qualities for
Fellowship’.
