Industrial Robot Integrated Application Technology

Based on the typical application systems of industrial robots such as automatic assembly, CNC machining, arc welding, deburring, grinding, spraying, handling and palletizing, PLC control and visual inspection automatic production lines are integrated. By constructing a robot integrated control system framework and based on the principles of communication stability and reliability, we study PLC-controlled integrated robot solutions, realize human-computer interaction actions according to user instructions, and realize digital twins of virtual and real joint debugging.
