2. Personal Profile

She had many years of high-speed precision terminal stamping die development experience in enterprise work, the original progressive molding and shaping design, and the introduction of double-sided shear technology, effectively solving the problem of slender multi-bend terminal deflection. She also developed high-speed terminal stamping die and high-speed mold technology into the multi-PIN multi-column complex forming die, achieving better economic benefits.

What’s more, She had rich experience in connector production management, put forward a number of product control and process improvement solutions, to improve the connector into the automated assembly production process of a number of problem points. She was able to figure out the defects in the use of connector products in relation to the characteristics of the product structure, manufacturing process, and the use of the environment in a multidimensional manner, and verify and solve the problems one by one.

She had undertaken the experimental teaching of several compulsory courses in the field, such as《Industry Cognition Practice II》,《Machine Design》,《Fundamentals of Mechanical Design》,《Project Tasks I》,《Interchangeability and Measurement Technology》,《Electrotechnics I》,《Electric Circuit Analysis》. The experimental teachings of Interchangeability and Measurement Technology and Electrical Engineering she undertook for the first time were in the top 30% of the college in the evaluation of teaching and were well received by students.
