During the investigation between the school and the enterprise, representatives from the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Innovation Institute of the Chinese University of Hong Kong warmly welcomed the arrival of the delegation from the Sino-German Institute of Intelligent Manufacturing. Professor Li Chunbo and Teacher Yang Xu of our institute conducted a discussion on the horizontal topic of intelligent testing equipment, fully Demonstrating the college’s professional characteristics, talent training model, and students’ professional qualities, Marketing Director Researcher Hou Dong fully affirmed the current training model of our college and the professional skills and professional qualities of graduates. 

At the exchange symposium between the two parties, researcher Hou Dong introduced the company's development history, development strategy and talent needs. The college and the company conducted in-depth discussions on student internship and employment issues. Professor Li Chunbo introduced the basic situation of the college, teaching achievements and future development goals of school-enterprise cooperation. Teacher Zhang Zhongcheng, representative of the Department of Scientific Research and School-Enterprise Cooperation, proposed that the talent training model focusing on ability should be continuously deepened, the integration of industry and education should be improved, and new models of school-enterprise cooperation should be explored. Researcher Hou Dong said that he will strengthen the connection between supply and demand and provide strong support for graduates' employment.
