Precision processing and manufacturing is one of the important indicators of the level of a country's manufacturing industry. The accuracy, surface roughness, processing size range and geometry that precision processing can achieve are one of the important indicators of a country's manufacturing technology level. The difficulty of precision processing and manufacturing is reflected in various aspects such as part materials, geometry, structure, surface layer, performance indicators, processing accuracy and processing methods, involving quantitative control methods of processing parameters, processing guarantee methods for processing limit dimensions and accuracy, and new processing methods. There are great challenges and difficulties in terms of technology and new method exploration. Achieving source innovation in core technologies and methods for precision manufacturing of high-performance parts is of great significance and reflects the development needs and national goals of my country's equipment manufacturing industry in the fields of aerospace, energy, power and military industry.
1) Preliminary research basis and results
(1) A company's precision parts "NOZZLE HOUSING" require quenching HRC48-52 and surface gas nitriding HV1050±70. The tolerance tools and tooling use fixtures, optimized cutting processes and parameters, and finally successfully solved various difficulties such as ultra-precision processing of micro holes and processing of internal threads of quenched materials using ordinary equipment, and formed a large-scale mass production.
(2) CNC powerful tool holder processing tooling design, design special fixtures, improve the clamping scheme, optimize the processing technology, and use three-diameter standard inspection rods to check the circular runout of the tool holder to ensure that it is within 3 microns.
2) Research plan and expected results
Through research on precision machining tools, process control strategies and methods, tooling fixtures, online detection and error compensation, and precision machining environments, we can solve the processing problems of precision key parts in high-end equipment manufacturing.
