At present , domestic CNC equipment is constantly approaching the international advanced level in terms of accuracy, speed, multi-axis linkage and composite functions. However, in terms of equipment operation During the process, the failure rate is high, advanced functions cannot be maintained, and reliability problems have become increasingly prominent, which has become a technical "bottleneck" that plagues the development and market share of domestic CNC equipment . In the "High-end CNC Machine Tools and Basic Manufacturing Equipment" project, one of the 16 major projects in the national medium and long-term science and technology development plan,"CNC machine tool reliability technology" is listed as the first key common technology of the project; in the "Made in China 2025" planning outline,"high-end CNC machine tools and robots" are listed as one of the ten major technical fields to be supported, and "improving reliability"is clearly stated as an important development goal in this field. Therefore, carrying out systematic research and development on CNC equipment reliability theory and technology and fault diagnosis, and building a theoretical and technical system for CNC equipment reliability are of great practical significance for improving the reliability of domestic CNC equipment and revitalizing my country's high-end equipment manufacturing industry. It has great significance and far-reaching influence, and at the same time makes an important contribution to the advancement of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province and the sustainable development of the economy.

1) Preliminary research basis and results

2) Research on fault diagnosis technology of intelligent equipment.

For a series of CNC machine tool functional component reliability test systems, health assessment and fault diagnosis technology have been developed, the health and fault diagnosis models of functional components have been studied, and the online health status assessment of functional components has been realized. Adaptively extract fault characteristics of the object under test.
