On April 19, 2023, the Organization Department of Pingshan District Committee (District Talent Work Bureau) successfully held the "I Gather Talents for Enterprises"-Talent Policy Special Counseling and School Enterprise Cooperation Exchange Conference at the East Branch of Shenzhen Talent Training Institute.

Vice Dean Li Wenxian represented theSino-German College of Intelligent Manufacturing atShenzhen Technology University at the conference, along with officials from the Shenzhen Talent Work Bureau, Pingshan District Organization Department (District Talent Work Bureau),Shenzhen Technology University, as well as representatives from 60 key enterprises in Pingshan District, including BYD, Gongjin Electronics, and New Industry Biology.

At the exchange meeting, the relevant officials of the Municipal Talent Work Bureau gave a detailed explanation of the policies related to city level talents, introducing the application conditions, funding benefits, service guarantees, etc. of various talents such as overseas talents, industry and innovation award talents, postdoctoral talents, young talents, and Pengcheng craftsmen, allowing representatives of participating enterprises to have a comprehensive understanding of the city level talent policies.

Li Wenxian, Vice Dean of the Sino-German College of Intelligent Manufacturing, introduced our institute's positioning, faculty, professional direction, talent training mode, and school enterprise cooperation. He hoped to further strengthen cooperation with enterprises in the area, promote further and deeper cooperation between schools and enterprises, and continuously cultivate talents for enterprises in the area.

This exchange meeting fully leverages the role of policies in attracting talents, promotes cooperation between schools and enterprises, and helps enterprises attract talents and achieve high-quality development. TheSino-German College of Intelligent Manufacturing has sent talents to key enterprises in the region, such as SMIC and BYD, and hopes to establish school enterprise cooperation relationships with more key enterprises in the region, in order to send more outstanding talents to enterprises.
