Dean Zhang Wenwei of Our Institute Led a Team to Visit Shenzhen Dacheng Precision Equipment Co., Ltd.

In order to implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on the employment of college graduates and further implement the "top leader" project for graduate employment, the Sino-German   College of   Intelligent Manufacturing Institute has formulated the "Sino-German Institute of Intelligent Manufacturing Leadership Team Members Visit Enterprises to Find Jobs and Promote Employment Special Action Work Plan. On April 22 , Zhang Wenwei, dean of the Sino-German Institute of Intelligent Manufacturing, led a team to visit Shenzhen Dacheng Precision Equipment Co., Ltd. and held discussions with Zhang Xiaoping, general manager of Shenzhen Dacheng Precision Equipment Co., Ltd. Li Chunbo, deputy secretary of the party branch of the college, Yang Can, foreign affairs specialist (vice president), Qiu Jian, deputy director of the library, and Zeng Huijuan, a teacher of the college, accompanied the investigation.

    

Dean Zhang Wenwei introduced the college's professional features, talent training model, basic situation of students, etc. to the company. He hoped that the company would draw up a "list" of employment needs and connect talent supply and demand with the school to achieve a win-win situation between the school and the enterprise.

    

Zhang Xiaoping, general manager of Shenzhen Dacheng Precision Equipment Co., Ltd., introduced the company's "list" of employment needs, including job requirements, professional requirements, number of positions, etc., and expressed the hope that both parties can carry out in-depth cooperation and establish a close cooperative relationship.


Both the school and the enterprise also had in-depth discussions on talent training, graduate employment, student internship training, technical research, project application, etc. They hope to explore the establishment of a "Dacheng Class" in talent training, so that both parties can give full play to their respective advantages and characteristics, and innovate in product development. In terms of R&D applications and innovative talent training, we will establish and deepen long-term, stable, comprehensive and in-depth strategic cooperation relationships to jointly promote high-quality development of the industry.
